Thank You and Sorry
Most Asians speak English as a second language, and for a few, it might be a third. We may not have learned the importance of each word as diligently. Those who learned English as their primary language were taught the importance of each word. That is why most people who have English as their primary language say "sorry" less often. Because, to say 'sorry' too often is not humility but a failure of judgement. "Thank you" and "sorry" are the most important and most frequent words we all know. We should really emphasize the usage of both. We need to show gratitude for no matter how small the things or events, and apologize only and only when it is required. So, "sorry" is a very big thing.
